We want you to be fully satisfied with your Topo Athletic purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship Your Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Ensure all original tags are attached and the shoes show no signs of outdoor wear.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
